John Michael Holtmann joined Duckworth Realty, Inc. in July 2006.  He serves in the role of brokerage, focusing on commercial sales, leasing, landlord and tenant representation.  He also provides assistance with new project development.  He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and member of ICSC. 

John Michael graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and emphasis on Real Estate along with Human Resources.  While at Mississippi State, John Michael was a recipient of "Who's Who" honors for American colleges and universities.

Tina Dickson joined Duckworth Realty, Inc. September 2007 as a Certified Property Manager for several of the company’s recent projects, bringing with her the knowledge to find the most efficient and effective solutions to maintain our facilities in the best interest of our tenants while continually sustaining the investors primary objective. 

Tina has over 20 years experience working in commercial real estate and property management. She has worked in all aspects of the industry from administrative assistant and on-site resident management to property management at a corporate level. 

As a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Tina received the Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification as well as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.  She has served on the IREM Mississippi Chapter 80 Board of Directors as Secretary, Vice President and 2006/07 President.  Tina has also recently been approved as a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
