Electric 308 Building
Duckworth Realty teamed up with JBHM Architects in 2004 to restore the Electric Building, a historical landmark located in Jackson, Mississippi, to its original 1930 facade. The project consisted of a total renovation of the 10 story building which serves as home to Entergy Mississippi, The Talon Group, Duckworth Realty, Inc. and JBHM, and Global Security Systems.
The interiors of the office building were redesigned as a multi-use facility offering offices, housing, and retail with upscale dining. The top two floors were turned into luxury apartments for lease with amenities and services equivalent to those offered at affluent boutique hotels. A roof top terrace offers views of St. Andrews Cathedral, the Governor’s Mansion, and the State Capitol
