Duckworth Realty specializes in the acquisition of office, retail and industrial properties across the Southeast. We continue to work to add assets to our existing markets, including Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Pensacola/Florida Panhandle, and we are constantly underwriting investment opportunities in markets that we have not yet entered.
One advantage we have as a private, agile company is the ability to seek and underwrite any commercial acquisition that fits our return objectives. Typically, our deal size ranges from $4 million to $20 million, and we look for relatively stable income producing properties to which we can add incremental value and achieve leveraged returns in the 15% to 20% range.
